Still confused why Flock is so much faster than FF? It looks nice, but I am going to stick with FireFox till I am really shown a brighter path.
I like the look of Flock. Thanks for showing it off!

Hey man.. Long time.!

I tried using Flock in earnest, a few months ago... I also tried to get into del.icio.us, and the whole web2 thing.. but I found that it just didn't hold me like FF did/does, and back then, it was not possible to change themes.. and the default sucks ass. Maybe I will have to retry it and see.

Hope you are well... I've look for ya on ichat a few times.. but no success.

Maybe soon we can chat?

Take care. 8-)

I enjoyed reading your post. Ever since Flock was released a few months ago, I 've been using it on a daily basis. I love its speed, sleek look, and the ability to post directly from it.

I don't like the delicious extensions and the lack of a speller. All the rest is fantastic. It is faster than Firefox, Opera, and Internet Explorer. It crashes randomly, but it's normal, since it's only a test release. When the final version hits the street, this stability problem will be resolved.

Its biggest advantage is speed and I looooove it. I like it so much, I'm using a Flock extension fin my Firefox browser. Overall, Firefox is more functional due to its many useful extensions and the well-managed Bookmarks.

My two cents worth on Flock,

Omar.-

oh yeah grapple has been on my firefox's since day one, which actually reminds me, that I havent been using firefox straight out of the box. ~memories of those hideous tool bar icons are now flashing back to me.

Gonna have to spend some more time exploring. Right off the bat, I'm not sure why I would use this instead of Firefox. Browsers are a dime a dozen anymore.

You're very right about the GUI, though. That will help a lot of Mac users who have stayed away from Firefox because of it's default skin. However, I'm very happy with the Grapple Themes for my FF.

But thanks for the recommendation -- I'll check it out.
